  relations (PR) materials
• Privacy and security advice
• Privacy policies and privacy statements for web sites
• Other Commercial Law matters (sales of goods, financing, and leasing under the Uniform Commercial Code)
• Business sales, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
• Integration of legal forms and requirements into business processes, and structuring of high-volume contract programs.  For example, we have experience in creating and implementing standardized legal terms and conditions that may be customized for use in multiple channels such as web forms, online stores, e-commerce and telephone sales scripts.
• Application of quality improvement methodologies (such as Six Sigma) to legal processes and activities.
